About Dubai School Finder
Dubai School Finder is Dubai’s first agentic education platform: an independent service where a workforce of AI agents helps families choose the right private school. It indexes KHDA-registered private schools in Dubai (212 at last count), calculates the estimated real cost (tuition plus transport, books, uniform, and activities) and ranks them to each family’s home, budget, and child’s year group.
Searching and comparing is free, and the platform accepts no payment from schools. It is funded by personalised School Match Reports purchased by parents, never by schools. Dubai School Finder serves families choosing schools in Dubai and is operated by Datum Technologies FZE LLC, an Ajman free zone company.

Dr. Ambika Yadav is the founder of Dubai School Finder. She holds a PhD in Biology and an M.Sc. in Biotechnology, with over a decade of experience teaching higher-secondary students. She moved to Dubai with her young son and built Dubai School Finder after living through the school-search process herself.

Dr. Ambika Yadav is a biology teacher, educator, and the founder of Dubai School Finder, an independent platform helping Dubai families choose the right private school. With a PhD in Biology, an M.Sc. in Biotechnology, and over ten years of experience teaching higher-secondary students, Dr. Ambika brings the rigor of an educator to a market that has historically operated on marketing copy and word of mouth.
After moving to Dubai with her young son, she experienced first-hand the chaos of the city’s school-search process. Thirty browser tabs, conflicting fee schedules, and zone-based listings that had nothing to do with where her family actually lived. She built Dubai School Finder to fix what she found broken: estimated real cost (not just headline tuition), pin-drop search (not zone filters), and an independent voice (rankings and recommendations that cannot be bought).
Dubai School Finder offers parents a personalised School Match Report (AED 99) covering each school’s real cost from their child’s grade to graduation.
