Dubai School Finder (dubaischoolfinder.ae) serves families choosing schools in Dubai and is operated by Datum Technologies FZE LLC, a company registered with Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (trade licence 2629418442888), registered address BC-892574, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, UAE. Murshid is an AI-assisted school research service. Compare schools for your child, check available grade-specific fee sources, explore estimated costs and road routes, and prepare admissions questions in one case. Searching and comparing public profiles is free. Murshid includes two free replies before you choose whether to unlock one case for AED 99.

You are using AI, not hiring a human adviser. Missing information and estimates are labelled. Confirm fees, grade placement and availability with each school; admission and outcomes are not guaranteed. We do not operate schools or make admissions decisions.

New purchases include 90 days of active AI assistance from verified payment and the completed-reply allowance displayed before checkout, whichever ends first. One completed answer uses one reply; internal tool calls, failed answers and recovery of the same completed request do not use additional replies. The case shows your remaining allowance and end date. Temporary rate limits protect the service from simultaneous or unusually rapid requests.

Your saved case remains readable after assistance ends, subject to the privacy policy and your deletion choices. You may then choose a manual AED 99 renewal on the same case for another 90 days and a fresh allowance shown before payment. There is no automatic renewal, subscription or automatic charge. Purchases started under the previous offer retain their original terms.

One case covers your family's school decision: you may work on any of your children in the same case and switch between them at no extra charge; we never charge for another case automatically. Genuine corrections to the selected child's details are allowed.

A paid case unlocks the Murshid conversation beyond the two-reply preview for your family’s school decision. Murshid can use the information you provide to search and compare indexed school profiles, check available grade-level fee sources, calculate fee trajectories, request available road-route estimates, and draft admissions questions for you to send. External school contact, school responses, placement, and ongoing monitoring are not included unless a page expressly says that a specific feature is available.

When you sign in, eligible case information and the visible conversation are saved to your account. A signed-out case is kept only in the current browser tab and may be lost when that tab is closed.

Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages; we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Automated checks are scheduled weekly against KHDA’s published records. Available sources, fee cycles, check coverage and missing information are labelled; the schedule does not guarantee that every figure is current. Errors we confirm are corrected within one week and recorded on the public corrections log. Report an error any time: corrections@dubaischoolfinder.ae.

Schools cannot pay to change their ranking, rating, score, or recommendation on this platform. Any sponsored content, if ever introduced, will be clearly labelled.

You may use the platform for personal, family, or professional relocation-support purposes. You may not scrape, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute the dataset or case outputs without written permission, misrepresent the platform’s outputs as school or government publications, or use the service unlawfully.

Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL). Marketing email is opt-in and separately consented, with one-click unsubscribe.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE consumer protection law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Complaints: hello@dubaischoolfinder.ae with “Complaint” in the subject. Unresolved consumer disputes may be referred to the competent UAE authorities.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
