Terms of Service

Dubai School Finder (dubaischoolfinder.ae) serves families choosing schools in Dubai and is operated by Datum Technologies FZE LLC, a company registered with Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (trade licence 2629418442888), registered address BC-892574, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, UAE. The platform provides school search, comparison, and cost-estimation tools built on officially published data (principally KHDA fee fact sheets and DSIB inspection results), and a paid, personalised School Match Report (AED 99) delivered as a PDF by email. Searching and comparing is free.

The service is an information tool. It is not an education consultancy, an admissions service, or a guarantee of school placement, admission, future fees, or school performance. Estimated figures are labelled as estimates and show their assumptions. Final fees must always be confirmed with the school before you commit.

The report is generated from your inputs (shortlisted schools, child’s age, location) against our verified dataset at the moment of generation, and is delivered by email, normally within minutes and in any case within 24 hours. Each report states its generation date and underlying data version.

Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages; we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Fee and rating data is re-verified against KHDA’s published records on an automated weekly schedule, and every figure links to its official source where available. Errors we confirm are corrected within one week and recorded on the public corrections log. Report an error any time: corrections@dubaischoolfinder.ae.

Schools cannot pay to change their ranking, rating, score, or recommendation on this platform. Any sponsored content, if ever introduced, will be clearly labelled.

You may use the platform for personal, family, or professional relocation-support purposes. You may not scrape, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute the dataset or reports without written permission, misrepresent the platform’s outputs as school or government publications, or use the service unlawfully.

Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL). Marketing email is opt-in and separately consented, with one-click unsubscribe.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE consumer protection law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Complaints: hello@dubaischoolfinder.ae with “Complaint” in the subject; we respond within five working days. Unresolved consumer disputes may be referred to the competent UAE authorities.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
