After payment is confirmed, checkout returns you to the paid case. Use the same account if asked to sign in. Your saved case and conversation remain available; payment confirmation can take a moment.
Does one case cover all my children?
Yes. One case is your family’s school decision. Work on any of your children in the same case and switch between them whenever you like, at no extra charge. The reply allowance is per case.
