Refund Policy
Effective 6 August 2026 · Last updated 2 September 2026 · Applies to the AED 99 Murshid case
Seven days. Full refund. No interrogation.
If the paid Murshid case does not help you, email hello@dubaischoolfinder.ae within seven calendar days after Stripe marks the payment successful, from the email address used for the case, and we refund the full AED 99. One sentence on why is appreciated (it makes the product better) but is not required.
How it works
- Send the request from the email address used for the case and identify the paid case or Stripe payment if you have more than one.
- Once issued, the full refund goes back to the original payment method through Stripe.
- Stripe says a successful refund usually appears as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending on the bank. A recent payment may appear as a reversal instead.
- If a material data error affected your case, tell us at the same address so we can correct the source record and handle your refund request.
Limits
- The window is seven calendar days from the successful payment time shown by Stripe.
- A refund is returned only to the original payment method.
- Repeated abusive purchase-refund cycles may be declined where the law permits.
This policy is offered by Datum Technologies FZE LLC (Ajman free zone, UAE) and does not reduce any right you hold under UAE consumer protection law. See also the Terms of Service.
