Refund Policy
Effective 6 August 2026 · Applies to the AED 99 School Match Report
Seven days. Full refund. No interrogation.
If the report doesn’t help you, email hello@dubaischoolfinder.ae within seven days of delivery from the address you ordered with, and we refund the full AED 99. One sentence on why is appreciated (it makes the product better) but is not required.
How it works
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
- If the report never arrived, tell us and we resend it immediately; a delivery failure on our side always qualifies for a refund regardless of timing.
- If we corrected a data error that materially affected your report after you bought it, we send the corrected report free and offer the refund proactively.
Limits
- The window is seven calendar days from the delivery email.
- Repeated purchase-refund cycles of near-identical reports may be declined.
This policy is offered by Datum Technologies FZE LLC (Ajman free zone, UAE) and does not reduce any right you hold under UAE consumer protection law. See also the Terms of Service.
